Chris is a proven entrepreneurial leader with over 25 years’ of experience creating, leading, and scaling fast-growing global organizations. Chris’ newest venture, Integrate Recovery, combines his leadership and business experience with his personal journey around emotional, mental, and spiritual health which began in 2008. That transformation experience gave Chris a vision to provide the world with the foundational healing that elicits vibrant lives of connection, sobriety, and purpose.

Prior to Integrate, Chris was a co-founder and CEO of Trusource Labs which provided complex technical support services to Global 100 firms. Trusource was the fastest-growing large company in Austin in 2016 (Austin Business Journal) with over 500 employees and operations in Austin, Ireland, and Mexico. Before that, Chris founded Sydcor as a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company focused on serving Fortune 500 technology manufacturing firms with procurement, logistics, technology, and call center services. Sydcor experienced explosive growth from 2001-2008 and was also named the fastest-growing large company in Austin in 2005 by the Austin Business Journal and a runner-up in that category in 2006. Sydcor was also a finalist in the ABJ Best Places to Work in 2006.

Chris lives in and loves Austin, Texas. He is a UT Longhorn and has four adult Longhorns children ages 21-28. When not learning and living all things emotional health he can be found at Barton Springs swimming, hiking and biking the trails, listening to live music, watching movies, reading, or spending time with his amazing family, friends, and colleagues.

Terra Holbrook

Co-Founder & Clinical Advisor

Terra Holbrook, LCSW, CADC, CSAT is a well-known speaker, educator and facilitator in mental health and addictions work. She has a master’s degree in Social work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Terra began her work in 1994 working with adolescents at Family Recovery Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho, which she co founded with her husband, Jeff. Since then she has worked in private practice and as clinical director of various treatment programs across the United States.

In 2017, she formed Seaglass Intensives and Consulting, Inc., where she worked with individuals, couples and families in intensive therapy and workshop settings. She has worked with numerous treatment centers to enhance their programs to include trauma work with individuals and families. She also provides workshops which focus on self-care for therapists and those who work in the treatment setting.

Recently she has developed a passion for working with First Responders who are experiencing grief and trauma. She facilitates monthly retreats addressing the pain and trauma which often threatens the health and well-being of the brave men and women who serve our communities.

She has spoken at numerous conferences, been featured on NPR, and has been on local T.V. and radio.

She currently splits time in Austin, Texas and Boise, Idaho with her husband and their dog, Jack.

Kay Creath

Kay Creath, Ph.D.

Co-Founder & Clinical Oversight

Kay is a psychologist with over 30 years of clinical experience and has practiced in a variety of settings which include hospitals, university campuses, and private practices. She has also had the opportunity to supervise a number of masters level therapists. In these settings, she has worked with children, adolescents, individual adults, couples and families.

In addition to her clinical experience, Kay worked as an organizational psychologist for an international psychological consulting firm. In this role, she advised senior executives and managers on the hiring, training, and management of their employees.

Most recently, Kay supervised the clinical operations of a mental health organization which focuses on the treatment of children and their families who have experienced severe, complex trauma.

Kay brings her passion for emotional healing through community to Integrate Intensives. Having experienced significant personal growth through the group therapy process, she believes that this modality both accelerates healing and creates long lasting, like minded, supportive relationships. This is an incredible opportunity to work with an extraordinarily talented group of professionals who all share a passion for growth, wellness, and community.

Dan Ragette

Dan Ragette

Co-Founder – Integrate Recovery

Dan Ragette, a dedicated leader in the field of addiction recovery, is best known for his profound impact as the Founder of Harmony Haus Sober Living and Co-Founder of Integrate Therapeutic Recovery Coaching. His journey into this realm was profoundly personal, rooted in his own transformative path to long-term recovery.

Faced with a pivotal choice between becoming a victim of addiction or embarking on a life of sobriety, Dan chose the latter, driven by a deep commitment to mental health, clarity, and resilience. Leaving behind a career as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, he redirected his passion toward helping others overcome the grasp of addiction and reclaim their lives.

During his own voyage through recovery, Dan realized that sobriety isn’t just about abstaining from substances; it’s a journey of rediscovering the joy of life, setting and achieving goals, finding fun in sobriety, and crafting a personalized recovery program.

Dan’s qualifications underscore his commitment to this field. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Real-Estate Finance & Development, from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Furthermore, he has embarked on graduate studies, completing his first year in the Masters of Business Administration program at the University of the Incarnate Word.

Dan’s extensive recovery support certifications include CCMI-I (Certified Case Manager Interventionist) and CCAR (Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery) Certified Recovery Coach. His journey and expertise make him a beacon of hope for those on the path to recovery.

David Golden

Program Director – Integrate Recovery

David Golden brings his years of experience helping others to Integrate Recovery as Program Director for our therapeutic coaching program. Through his own journey in recovery and his individualized way of approaching the disease of addiction, David has learned to help clients focus on their entire wellbeing in order to help them achieve a life of their dreams. While this process can sometimes be difficult for clients the reward is often much higher than even they ever realized.

Prior to joining the Integrate team, David has worked in the residential treatment industry for The Arbor Behavioral Healthcare as a Manager of Sober Living, a Recovery Advocate, Supervisor of Recovery Care Technicians, and Alumni Services Manager. Most recently David was Director of Case Management for Harmony Recovery Consulting, During this journey David has learned what works best and believes that each individual is unique and deserves a individualized approach to reach their desired goals.

David hails from Shreveport, LA but has called Austin home for the last 4 years. When not working to help clients achieve their potential, David can usually be found spending time with his friends bowling, playing pool, attending concerts or walking one of the many trails that Austin has to offer.

Shannon Reed, LCDC

National Outreach Coordinator – Integrate Recovery

Shannon Reed is a dedicated Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She has become a trusted leader in the addiction treatment field having over 16 years of experience. Her journey into this profession began in 2007 when she made a remarkable transition, leaving behind a successful 15-year career in real estate and mortgage banking where she had demonstrated her leadership skills by managing sales teams and overseeing operations, earning awards for her achievements along the way.

Shannon’s foray into the world of addiction treatment began as a Case Manager, where she worked closely with young adults, helping them successfully pursue higher education while in treatment. Over the years, her impact expanded across various national platforms specializing in substance use disorders, process addictions, mental and behavioral health, and toxicology in drug testing. Her versatile roles encompassed that of Counselor, Case Manager, Recovery Coach, Program Director, National Marketing Manager, Business Development, Clinical Outreach and Sales and Account Management.

Shannon’s diverse background equips her to understand the unique and evolving needs of clients and their families, allowing her to effectively collaborate with other professionals in the field. Her true strengths lie in her ability to motivate and guide clients toward rediscovering hope, building essential life skills, and finding a renewed sense of purpose. With empathy, insight, and compassion, she navigates individuals through the treatment process, believing that education and community outreach are pivotal components to recovery.

Shannon is driven by the success stories of her clients which continually fuel her dedication to this important path of helping others overcome addiction and rebuild their lives.
